Blue bell is a breath taking TRUE BLUE ROAN ky mtn Gaited mare that is 3 years old and stands 16 hands exactly! Talk about a rare find! Bell came off some friends of ours and we actually bought her to be my wife’s new personal horse because she has wanted a true blue for so long but Bell is just a little tall for my wife right now. We have trail ridden Bell here at home, local state park and even hauled her to the big Knott County trail ride and she does excellent. She loads and hauls perfectly, stands on the picket line next to others and is broke to hobble and ground tie. will ride front, back or middle and can really handle the long hard rides. She has a lot of heart ( meaning she doesn’t tire easily on hard rides) stays level headed and isn’t spooky at all. Bell has the brain and mentality of an old seasoned horse. She stands for tacking, grooming bathing and mounting. She doesn’t require everyday riding. She is currently stalled and has no bad stall habits. This mare is only for sale because my wife wants one exactly like her but a little smaller. She is great gaited and really smooth. We have started loping her and she will catch on fast.
