Ranger is a handsome chocolate rocky mtn gelding that is 5 years old and stands a full 15 hands tall. Ranger has been living the American Dream! What I mean by that is he has been working through the week and taking trail rides on the weekend. His daily chores consisted on checking fence, sorting cattle, getting them to the pens and basic cattle work, on the weekends they’d hit the trail and relax. Rangers experience truly shows in his riding abilities. He will one hand neck rein, back up for a country mile, walk on a loose rein, has a smooth four beat gait and goes right into a nice smooth lope. Ranger is the kind of horse you can play around the farm on and/or just let him be a good trail horse. He’s been hauled to several different states over night camping, he trailers quietly, backs out of the trailer, stands on the picket line and gets along well with others. Ranger is a very easy horse to along with and uncomplicated to ride. He’s natural moving and doesn’t require any special tack.
